Returns Policy
We are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned to us in their original condition, unused and including all original packaging.

We are unable to accept returns which do not comply to our policy. 

Please take note, any return items are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Parcels can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse unless sent via special delivery.

Processing your Refund
On receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus any delivery charges if applicable (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Please be aware your credit card company may take several days to credit your account.

Return Restrictions
Duncan Walton products purchased online can only be returned to us direct and not through any of our stockists Products purchased through our stockists must be returned to the stockist where the purchase was made, we will not accept returns of items sold through a stockist. Returns are only available to customers who have purchased from the Duncan Walton online store and not from our Stockists.

Faulty Items
If the item you received is faulty, please email customer service on receipt quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product, details of the fault, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will reply via email to let you know how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return faulty items to us.
